HMP MODEL COOLING TOWERS

HMP model cooling towers, designed for larger capacities, are engineered to provide optimal cooling. In HMP model towers, the air fan is placed on the top of the tower.

HMP model towers can be manufactured as two or more adjacent cells to meet demand. The body panels, corner and middle supports, basin, and tower top cover used in the tower construction are made of CTP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyester), making them corrosion-resistant and very long-lasting.

Drive in HMP model cooling towers is made as direct-coupled. In the direct-coupled system, either a direct motor or a motor with a reducer is used, with the motor placed immediately above the fan. The reducer to be used is single-stage, helical gear, motor-mounted and flanged.

The fan stack of HMP model cooling towers is made of hot-dip galvanized steel. The motor or motor with reducer is mounted on this rigid structure.

The tower’s interior and exterior surfaces are Gel-Coat material: polyester-based pigmented, resistant to all weather conditions and UV rays, non-fading, non-degrading, aesthetic and paint-free. Niba aims to offer customers the highest quality, best performing and longest lasting solutions in the most economical terms with HMP towers produced in-house..
